Tshejor began in a small Bhutanese kitchen, created by a woman who simply loved preparing good food and sharing it from the heart. I never set out to build a business. I just wanted to make real Bhutanese ezay that tasted like home, like family kitchens, and like the authentic flavors our country is proud of.
Every jar of Tshejor’s chili paste is still made by hand with care. We use local Bhutanese chillies, natural ingredients, and traditional preparation. No artificial flavors. No mass production. Just honest, handcrafted food.
